My computer ကုိ right click ေထာက္လုိက္ၿပီး properties သြားပါ
==> my computer >> right click >> hardware >> device manager >> DVD/CD Rom drives. ကုိ ၾကည့္လုိက္ပါ . General မွာ This device is working properly. ဆုိရင္ေတာ့ ကိစၥမရွိပါဘူး . Drive အလုပ္လုပ္ေနပါတယ္ . disabled ျဖစ္ေနလား မျဖစ္ေနလား ၾကည့္လုိက္ပါ . unabled ျဖစ္ေနရင္ disabled ေပးလုိက္ပါ .
